You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to decide if an item meets your expectations. If you choose to return the item within this period, please contact us via email within this timeframe to initiate the return process.
Items must be returned in their original condition. They should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. Products returned with signs of use or delivered to us outside the 14-day window will not be accepted for return.
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@masterbean.coffee with your order number and the items you wish to return, along with the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the returned goods. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 14 days.
Should you wish to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or style, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
